The person, cat and dog templates produce a 14-second 9:16 video. The downloaded version includes music, but that does not mean the model follows the recording word by word.
Why the mouth may not match every word
The video model recreates a visual performance from the template and your photos. Its facial and mouth movements may resemble singing. It is not an audio-driven lip-sync pass, so opening and closing the mouth can differ from the words and notes in the soundtrack.
Choosing a higher resolution can change the detail of the render, but does not add precise lip synchronization. Watch the real examples before spending credits, especially if exact mouth-to-song timing matters to you.
Where the music is added
The render is generated silently. Your browser combines it with the template soundtrack when preparing the finished download. This makes the final MP4 with audio distinct from an underlying silent render file.
Use the completed result’s download control and let audio preparation finish. Keep the page open while the browser prepares the file. If you opened a raw silent render link, return to the result in the studio and use the provided download instead.
If playback seems silent
First check whether the video player or device is muted. A browser may initially play a preview without sound. If the saved MP4 is silent, download again from the completed result after music preparation finishes, rather than saving a raw file link.
If the issue continues, contact support with your job ID, browser and a description of what happened. You do not need to create and pay for another render just to report a download problem.
Sharing on social platforms
Review the result before publishing. A platform can mute or replace sound according to its music rules. If necessary, use the platform’s available music library and check that the sound lines up with your clip. This website is independent of the song artists and social platforms; generating a video is not a guarantee of unrestricted music use on every platform.
Keep file links in mind
Videos are listed in your account, but direct photo and video links can be opened without signing in by anyone who has the link. A tutorial screenshot or support message should not expose links to material you want to keep confidential. See the privacy policy.
